Faxing Through HP J4580 All-in-One (Printer - Scanner - Copier - Fax)

1- Place doucment on glass.

2- Select Fax Mode by moving the left arrow button on panel to "Fax B & W" or "Fax Color".

3- Press OK button

4- "Enter Fax No." message will appear on LCD Panel

5- Type the Fax number where you want to send the fax.

6- ""Enter Fax from Glass?" 1 = YES, 2 = NO" message will appear on LCD Panel.

7- Select the location from Glass by pressing "1" button.

8- Press Start Button (Big Green button) at Panel.

9. Fax starts to send and messages will appear on LCD Panel accordingly.
